Quotes
All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.
If the actual condition or size of the property differs significantly from the information provided, we reserve the right to revise the quotation before or during the service.
Additional work requested on-site may incur additional charges.
Bookings
Bookings may be made via:

- Phone
A booking is considered confirmed once accepted by Just 1Call Cleaning.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary.
Payments
Payment is due according to the agreed booking terms.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Access to Property

If cleaners cannot gain entry at the scheduled time, additional charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring utilities such as electricity and water are available where required.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- Secure pets where necessary.
- Inform us of any hazards or safety concerns before the service begins.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you believe an area has been missed, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed service.
Where appropriate, we may arrange a return visit to address the concern.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution, Just 1Call Cleaning shall not be liable for:
